Custom Colors Available

The 2DH-S portable hydraulic swivel concrete mixer mixes up to 2.2 cubic yards per batch. Typical operators can produce 3-4 batches per hour for a total production of almost 6-9 yards per hour.

This 2-yard mobile concrete mixer can be towed into very remote job sites where a concrete mixer truck cannot go. The unique 180 degree swiveling drum design allows concrete to be poured exactly where you need it. The lightweight discharge chute allows for even more control and can be installed at a moment’s notice.

The 2DH-S heavy-duty portable swivel concrete mixer operates just like our other portable concrete mixer except for the swiveling drum. The 2CL portable concrete batch plant is designed to load the 2DH mixer.

The rotating drum design provides a superior finished product compared to volumetric mixer designs.

Standard Equipment:

Drum

The drum’s innovative fin design mixes and discharges equally well in either direction. The drum can withstand years of abuse due to its rugged cap and cylinder construction and strategically placed drive bearing supports. The drum is easy to wash out. The bearings are also easy to replace due to quick mount technology.

Gasoline Engine

Standard with this model.

Swivel

The mixer drum swivels 90 degrees to the right or left, like the 2DH-CL portable concrete mixer and batch plant, for precise and easy discharge.

Optional Equipment:

Discharge Chute

The lightweight discharge chute enables the 2DH-S to easily discharge while moving straight or pouring in tight places. It can be stored on either side or the back.

Gravity Chute

The lightweight chute enables the 2DH-S to easily receive aggregate, sand, cement, & water. A super sack can empty into the chute or material can be emptied manually.

Water Tank

25 or 50 gallon water tanks include a wand and pump.

Custom Paint

All models are painted grey. Other paint schemes are additional.

Motor Options

We have a powerplant option that will meet your needs:

Gasoline: The standard model comes with a 14 hp Kohler engine. This engine has proven to be durable and reliable and is used on many of our products.

Diesel: Diesel options are available and offer better fuel economy, and are good choice for remote work where gasoline is not as readily available. Diesel is also a good option for indoor or underground (i.e. in a mine) use becuase they are clean burning.
Electric: Electric is also available, and tend to be the most reliable and efficient. 3-phase 480V power is preferred.

Combinations: We do offer a combination of electric and gasoline or diesel. This setup offers the most flexibility and allows the user to utilize the most efficient power source available.
