The 2CL-12-2 portable concrete batch plant is computer automated and has a double bin capacity of 12+ cubic yards.
This mobile concrete batch plant is lightweight and can be towed into very remote job sites where the roads are very tight or hilly, or if space (area) requirements are minimal. Like all 2CL automated batch plants, set up is as easy as finding semi-level ground, lowering the leveling jacks, starting the engine, selecting your batch name, and pushing the start button.
This batcher dispenses sand, rock, cement, and water by weight (lb or kg) for accuracy and ticket-able receipts. Have confidence knowing your mix design is correct and reproduced exactly the same – the first time to the 1,000th time.
The computer handles over 30 different mix designs and is completely programmable. Loading large trucks or 2DH mixers is simple and accurate. Your batches will be mixed right.
A three-position option allows three mixers to be placed in a semi-circle for rapid filling. The 2CL-12-2 makes 40-60 cubic yards per hour. The 7SL-30, 7SL-80 or 7SL-120 silos are good choices to use with the 2CL-12-2.
The 2CL-12-2 highly mobile and frees you from the time, distance, and schedule limitations of third-party concrete plants. The 2CL-12-2 loads your specific concrete recipe how, when, and where you want it.

The 2CL-12-2 includes a CPU processor, weight scales with the rock hopper and sand hopper, cement control (if the 7SL or 7SL-12k Silo is used), and water control (if the water system is used). Loading conveyor lengths can be custom made for individual applications. Standard conveyor lengths load the 2DH series portable concrete mixers or truck mounted mixers.
Extended conveyor lengths can be made for loading standard height truck mixers – front or rear discharge.

Gasoline
The gasoline engine has to be proven durable and reliable.
Diesel
The diesel engine gets better fuel economy than the gasoline engine. A good choice for mines, yards, and quarries where diesel fuel is more readily accessible.
Electric
The electric motor is the most reliable and efficient motor system. It requires a minimum of 480 3 phase power. The electrical panel will be built to your power requirements.
Combination
The combination electric and gasoline, or diesel, motor system is the most versatile choice. This option enables you to optimize the most efficient power source available.

ATTENTION! This machine CAN NOT BE TRANSPORTED WHILE LOADED WITH WET OR DRY MATERIALS. It must be stationary for operation.
Note:
The less expensive 2CL-12 with single bin is available as a comparable alternative model. Its hopper is instead measured with sand and gravel volumetrically – bucket of your loader. The water meter measures exact water readings for yardage control. Cement is loaded into the mixer with a silo or directly onto the belt with the standard bag breaker. Print tickets are not available with this model. This machine is less accurate, but effective where spec concrete is not required.
