The 2CL-8 portable concrete batch plant has a single bin capacity of 8+ cubic yards.
This mobile concrete batch plant can be towed into very remote job sites where materials can be loaded on-site.
Like all of our concrete product equipment batching plants, set up is as easy as finding semi-level ground, lowering the leveling jacks, and firing up the engine. Loading large trucks or our 2DH mixer is simple and accurate. You will know your batches will be mixed right.

The 2CL-8 can be optioned with load scales to accurately weigh your materials. Hydraulic water pumps are also available to deliver water for quicker load times. A three position option allows three mixers to be placed in a semi circle for rapid filling.
The 7SL-80 or 7SL-120 silos are good choices to use with the 2CL-8.
The 2CL-8 frees you from the time, distance, and schedule limitations of third-party concrete production equipment and plants. The 2CL-8 loads your specific concrete recipe how, when, and where you want it.
The 2CL-8 is designed to load the 2DH Portable Concrete Mixer.
The hopper is measured with sand and gravel volumetrically – bucket of your loader. The water meter measures exact water readings for yardage control. Cement is loaded into the hopper with a silo or directly onto the belt with the standard bag breaker or a silo, similar to the EZ Model Portable Concrete Mixer and Batching Plants.

Weight scales on the single hopper allow for more accurate measurement of sand, gravel and cement. Materials are weighed individually to achieve the correct weights of rock and sand per load as you load the hopper to your specified mix design. Or the bin can be filled completely with premix gravel and sand, and the bin can be unloaded easily by the decumulation method with the weight scales.

ATTENTION! This machine CAN NOT BE TRANSPORTED WHILE LOADED WITH WET OR DRY MATERIALS. It must be stationary for operation.
Note:
The automated 2CL-8-2 with double bin and Auto Controls is available as an upgraded, alternative model. Sand, gravel, and water are measured automatically. The water meter measures exact water readings for yardage control. Cement is loaded into the mixer with a silo or directly onto the belt with the standard bag breaker. Print tickets are available with this model. This machine is more accurate where spec concrete is required.
